JAS in the UK was founded in 1985, to represent the group network of JAS offices, which now number over 150 worldwide, and continue to develop.
Here in the UK JAS now employs over 70 people and offers the full range of transportation solutions, through the JAS network. We employ specialist operations people from Brazil, Central America and China, which gives us the ability to serve our customers in some of the more demanding markets to trade with.
Our UK headquarters at London Heathrow is one of the most modern freight terminals in our industry, operating with the most up to date cargo handling equipment and protected by state of the art cctv and security systems.
All import cargoes arriving at London Heathrow and ocean groupage arriving at the ports are transferred to our bonded warehouse for custom clearance and onward delivery by our own transport fleet.
We also offer bonded and high security warehousing for valuable or sensitive cargoes.
We have been a quality accredited company since 1992, and we are also an Investor in People company, as we recognise, that JAS UK is only as good as its people.
Our web site offers the customer a way of booking, receiving quotes, and tracking shipments at their convenience and from the comfort of their own home.
